If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Here are the conditions for a refund:
- When the item sent has certain defects, we will refund your entire order.
A refund is not possible for the following situations:
- When you get the wrong size it is not possible to claim a refund or an exchange of size if the product does not show any anomaly.
- In the case where an article is modified with a personalized flocking or a flocking of player it is impossible to obtain a refund.
- Any item that is not in its original condition but is damaged or whose tag has been torn off.
- It is not possible to obtain a refund for items purchased using a promotional code.
*If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier in charge of your delivery and you have not received your package, then the responsibility lies with the carrier and you should file a complaint with the latter. MD Sport is not responsible for the theft/loss/misdelivery of your package.
*Please do not return your purchase to the sender.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
We replace an item only if it is defective. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Late or missing refunds
